Administrative Support – Document Controller

Summary Description

  • Provide flexible business support as may be required to help deliver projects and work streams to time, to quality and within budget. Manage specific tasks to meet objectives, ensuring relevant policies and procedures are followed

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist and take instruction from the Procurement Manager
  • Provide a support service to the team in terms of meeting arrangements, room bookings
  • Document control and general administrative support
  • Maintain a log of correspondence and ensure that it is followed up and settled
  • Maintain an action log of actions arising from team meetings, ensuring that they are followed up and dealt with
  • Prioritize own work according to business need, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Respond to communications and enquiries from internal and external customers in a professional manner

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience of working in a professional team environment
  • Experience of working under pressure to meet deadlines
