IT Desktop Support
Role Description
This is a 6-month contract role for an IT Desktop Support position. As an IT Desktop Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for end-users. This is an on-site role located in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT Desktop Support or a related role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are preferred
